The Franco-Moroccan Research Center Summer School will be held at SCAI, Sorbonne University, Paris, from 7 to 11 July 2025.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The new Franco-Moroccan Research Center Summer School offers immersive, interdisciplinary training for students and researchers from France and Morocco. The theme for 2025 is Sustainable AI for Resource-Constrained Healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From personalized medicine to intelligent diagnostics, robotic assistance, and ethical AI governance, artificial intelligence is transforming healthcare. AI enables the analysis of large datasets to support medical decision-making, improve patient outcomes, and optimize healthcare systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This summer school aims to explore the scientific and technological advances shaping the future of AI-driven healthcare, with particular attention to resource-constrained environments. It will also foster dialogue between experts in AI, medicine, and ethics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of a strategic partnership between French and Moroccan research institutions, the event offers participants a unique opportunity to gain insights into cutting-edge AI tools and methods for addressing healthcare challenges\u2014while expanding their international networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objectives:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The primary objectives of this summer school are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– To provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of  AI approaches in healthcare;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– To facilitate interdisciplinary dialogue on the ethical, technical, and regulatory dimensions of AI applications;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– To offer hands-on sessions and case studies that highlight the real-world impact of AI in medical settings;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– And to foster collaboration and networking among international students and researchers working on AI for health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organization:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The summer school will be structured as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Keynote Lectures<\/strong> (1h): Renowned experts in AI and healthcare will present insights into cutting-edge research and emerging trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Courses<\/strong> (1h30 to 2h): In-depth sessions covering fundamental and advanced topics in AI for healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Hands-on sessions<\/strong> (2h to 4h): Practical sessions focusing on AI methodologies, tools, and applications in healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Panel Discussions<\/strong> (45 min): Interactive sessions addressing ethical and regulatory concerns in AI-driven healthcare solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Student and Researcher Presentations <\/strong>(1h): Opportunities for participants to present their work and receive feedback from peers and experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Lab Visits<\/strong>: Participants will have the opportunity to visit research labs to witness AI applications in real-world settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– VLMs-LLMs for Human-Machine Interaction ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ethics, law and compliance of AI systems in healthcare ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Serious games for neuro-developmental disorders ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Conducting studies in hospitals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
