  • Bio: Je suis professeur à Sorbonne Université, enseignant à Polytech Sorbonne et chercheur à l’Institut des Systèmes Intelligents et de Robotique. Je suis responsable depuis 2019 de l’équipe Assistance aux Gestes et Applications Thérapeutiques (AGATHE) de l’ISIR qui a aussi le statut d’unité mono-équipe de l’INSERM (ERL U1150). Mon thème de recherche porte, en toute généralité, sur la conception de systèmes robotiques interactifs dédiés aux gestes médico-chirurgicaux. Mon activité s’organise autour de trois types « d’objets technologiques » associés chacun à une problématique scientifique distincte : • Robots intra-corporels miniatures longue portée • Instruments robotisés pour la chirurgie fine • Interfaces homme-machine en robotique médicale Ma recherche se caractérise par la prise en compte au plus tôt des exigences liées au contexte médical, par le caractère expérimental des travaux et par le souci de la valorisation. A ce titre, je bénéficie d’une délégation type « conseil scientifique » auprès de la société Basecamp Vascular que j’ai co-fondée en 2016. D’autre part, je représente l’équipe AGATHE dans le labex Computer Assisted Medical Interventions (CAMI).
