  • Bio: I am a full professor at Sorbonne University, teacher at Polytech Sorbonne and researcher at the Institute of Intelligent Systems and Robotics. Since 2019, I have been responsible for the Assistance to Gestures and Therapeutic Applications (AGATHE) team at ISIR, which also has the status of unit at INSERM (ERL U1150). My research theme relates, in general, to the design of interactive robotic systems dedicated to medico-surgical procedures. My activity is organized around three types of "technological objects", each associated with a distinct scientific issue: • Miniature long range intracorporeal robots • Robotic instruments for fine surgery • Human-machine interfaces in medical robotics My research is characterized by taking into account as early as possible the requirements linked to the medical context, by the experimental nature of the work and by a strong concern for valorization. As such, I benefit from a “scientific advisory” type delegation to Basecamp Vascular, which I co-founded in 2016. On the other hand, I represent the AGATHE team in the Computer Assisted Medical Interventions labex ( CAMI). I am currently involved in the conduct of collaborative projects with: - Univ. of Technology of Compiègne - lab. BMBI - I. Claude - Univ. of Rennes 1 - lab. LTSI - P. Haigron - Univ. Reims Champagne Ardennes - lab. CReSTIC - N. Passat - Sorbonne University - lab. LIP6 - I. Bloch - Univ. de Bourgogne Franche Comté - lab. Femto ST - K.
