The bulk of MLIA’s research has centered on machine learning. MLIA has played a significant role in advancing deep learning and neural networks in France, establishing itself as a pioneering group in the field. Over the past 15 years, the team has explored deep learning across various domains, with a primary emphasis on Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Physics-based Deep Learning. Recently, MLIA has expanded its research portfolio to include Machine Learning for Robotics.
