For the fifth consecutive year, ISIR is joining forces with the “Orange The World” campaign led by UN Women and the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence Against Women and Girls.
The campaign’s iconic colour is orange, a symbol of dynamism and optimism, representing a future free from violence against women and girls.
On Tuesday 25 November 2025, the members of the laboratory proudly wore orange, the symbol of this global mobilisation, to raise awareness of violence against women in higher education, research and beyond, in society.
This annual international campaign begins on 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and continues until 10 December, Human Rights Day.
