ORANGE DAY: ISIR MEMBERS WEAR ORANGE TO SUPPORT THE FIGHT AGAINST VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN

On the occasion of Orange Day, a commitment to combat violence against women, the members of ISIR wore the color orange!

The international Orange the World campaign, initiated by UN Women France, starts every year on the 25th of November with Orange Day (International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women), and lasts for 16 days of action against violence against women, until the 10th of December (International Human Rights Day).

Why orange? Because, according to the UN, the color symbolizes “a more just world”.
